Serving as a full stack engineer to provide specialized, on-call engineering support for a portfolio of mission-critical web and mobile applications. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing production systems operating across multiple cloud and managed infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting complex web and mobile platforms, diagnosing issues in distributed systems, and delivering reliable, high-quality technical support with a high degree of responsiveness to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities in This Role:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud infrastructure layers.
* Maintain and enhance applications built with Vue, Nuxt, Node.js/Type Script, and related frameworks.
* Support iOS and Android mobile applications, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and release management.
* Perform operational tasks in AWS, Google Cloud, and House-managed infrastructure, including log analysis, service restarts, container updates, and configuration changes.
* Execute safe hotfixes, deployments, and configuration updates to address urgent operational issues.
* Manage mobile app store workflows, including updates, certificates, and compliance requirements.
* Monitor and resolve data ingestion issues, service interruptions, and performance concerns.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with executive leadership staff during routine work and time-sensitive incidents.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to augment existing engineering capacity and ensure system stability.
