We’re seeking a technically proficient Senior Customer Success Manager with hands‑on cybersecurity experience to own post‑sale relationships for our enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers fully adopt and derive maximum value from Six Map’s pre‑emptive exposure management platform. You’ll bridge customer security objectives with our innovative, no‑deployment solution, driving high retention, measurable security improvements, and account expansion in a fast‑growing attack surface management space.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building deep relationships by understanding their attack surface challenges, organizational structure, threat landscape, and security maturity. Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), track key success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, risk reduction), and develop tailored success plans.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation, configuration, and optimization phases, drawing on your cybersecurity background to help customers interpret security data, refine detection rules, investigate alerts, and integrate our platform into their existing security operations workflows.
- Guide customers NCs seamless onboarding with minimal setup, demonstrating how Six Map delivers immediate value. Provide expert guidance on interpreting exposure data, prioritizing risks using threat intelligence correlations, integrating insights into existing workflows (e.g., vulnerability management, compliance reporting), and leveraging features like continuous monitoring and IPv6 visibility.
- Monitor customer health indicators, usage patterns, and security telemetry to identify risks to adoption or renewal. When issues arise, leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive resolution.
- Gather customer feedback on product capabilities, identify feature gaps, and advocate for voluntadci customers needs with product and engineering teams. Prioritize enhancements that deliver real security value.
- Drive towards 100 % retention, identify opportunities for expansion within accounts by understanding evolving threat landscapes, compliance requirements, and security program maturity. Collaborate with sales teams to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support roles.
- 3+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience (SOC, security engineering, incident response, or similar).
- Strong understanding of security Clínces frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust) and concepts like external attack surface management (EASM), continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), and risk prioritization.
- Familiarity with Internet‑facing assets, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence integration, IPv6 security challenges, or related tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical data into business value for both technical and executive audiences.
