- Description Leidos is seeking a Senior Validator/Analyst to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy.  Join one of our high performing teams responsible for building the next-generation enterprise APIs and modern responsive user interfaces, supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA) and their mission to meet the changing needs of the public, positively impacting at least 65 million American lives per month.  

We are a team of forward-looking professionals in need of a strong candidate with these key required skills : experience with System Validation, API Testing and defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.

* Defining and documenting system requirements.
* Creating test plans and test cases.
* Lead and execute software validation activities in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
* Deliver, Review validation deliverables including Validation plans, Functional and design specifications, risk assessments and validation summary reports.
* Collaborate with software developers, product owners and business stakeholders
* All other duties as assigned or directed. FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS ( Basic Qualifications )
* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Experience as an Agile Scrum Master/PM.
* Proficient in defining system documentation requirements.
* Proficient in software validation activities.
* Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
* Experience Mentoring Junior Analyst/Validators in Agile environment.
* Strong experience working in an Agile methodology.
* Strong communication and technical writing skills.
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies.
* Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
* Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
* Strong experience with Agility to manage requirements.
* Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
