Solution Architect/Senior Developer Service Now
Baltimore, MD, Full-time, On-site
Work with customers to define strategies to best utilize Service Now services and capabilities.
Develop an agile based workplan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.
Lead team of developers for providing work products and solutions to the customers.
Ensure work products meet customer requirements and expectations.
All other duties as assigned or directed.
Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:Selected candidate must be on-site five days a week in Woodlawn, MD.
