You will be responsible for new development, enhancements, maintenance, and support development activities within the Enterprise Business Solutions environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT groups, and business users to develop new solutions, enhancements, maintenance, and break/fix support activities.
- Work largely with SAP and Workday applications, including FIORI, ECC modules, SRM, PO, and more, as well as integrations, conversions, and reports.
- Operate in a highly complex, 70+ server environment supporting Johns Hopkins Enterprise ERP solutions and over 60,000 users.
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support as part of a standard rotation with other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud solutions, features, and best practices.
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Process modeling.
- Web‑based design and development skills: HTML5, Java, JavaScript, or other web technologies.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Performance analysis and tuning.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON), API, and XML/XSLT.
- Two years’ experience in a Workday Integration Development role.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Five years related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
- Knowledge of best practices for data conversions, system integrations, and information security for ERP systems.
- Experience in mobile application development, especially with Workday mobile solutions.
- Understanding of SAP Process Orchestration Integration and Cloud Platform Integration.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle.
- Experience developing architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
- Workday certification in Integration or related areas.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture standards and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle in a cloud‑based infrastructure.
Starting Salary Range: $73,300 – $128,300 Annually (commensurate with experience). Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for discretionary retention and performance bonuses.

Remote (primarily Baltimore, MD).
