We are looking for Technical Project Manager in Baltimore, MD for 6+ months contract position.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.
• General
  
  Experience:
  
  At least five (5) years of experience in project management.
• PMI certification: PMP or equivalent, as determined by the PO.
• Specialized
  
  Experience:
  
  At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects.
• Leadership: Demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
• Data Warehouse: At least one (1) year of experience creating data warehouses containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

• Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.
• IT
  
  Experience:
  
  At least one (1) year of IT technical experience in creating data warehouses with student-level education and/or employee-level workforce data.
• Government/ ED
  
  Experience:
  
  At least one (1) year of experience working as an IT Technical Project Manager in a government, public education, or higher education environment.
