Compensation Range: $175k-$195k

Job Description:

Lead enterprise-wide security architecture initiatives, applying NIST frameworks and driving collaboration across cloud and infrastructure teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead design and documentation of enterprise security architecture
• Map NIST 800.53 controls to security tools and processes
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate security posture and design enhancements
• Maintain and update enterprise security standards and threat models
• Assess new tools and guide security-related architectural decisions
• Mentor architects and stakeholders in best practices
• Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years in cybersecurity and enterprise IT architecture
• Deep experience with NIST 800.53, CSF, and secure configurations in regulated environments
• Enterprise stakeholder collaboration and C-level communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related

Nice-to-Haves:

• CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security, SC-100 certifications
• Experience with Zero Trust, Dev Sec Ops , IaC security
• Exposure to Elastic, Service Now, Generative AI (security context)
