Title:
Web Testing Lead Location:
Baltimore, MD (Hybrid With 3 days in Office per-week)
Experience:
- Experience with screen readers or other assistive technologies
- Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., Hotjar, Maze, Optimal Workshop)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, Word Press)
- Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Site Improve, Jira, Trello)
- Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or Matomo
- Previous government experience preferred
- Website testing principles and quality assurance methods
- Accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Web browsing behavior and challenges faced by non-technical users
- Common content management systems and site structures
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Written and visual communication of findings
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Time management and task prioritization
- Curiosity and empathy for users with diverse backgrounds and needs
