Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance.

• Customer Support, onboarding, and various forms of software testing. Primary job function is to provide netFLEX software / application support to your assigned group of customers.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting server OS, assisting IT administration, and troubleshooting software and network telecom equipment issues.
• In addition, onsite and web meeting customer training support is required.
• Candidate should be located in the continental United States, preferably within 2 hours of a major airport for travel.

• Deep knowledge of optical networking, specifically including DWDM/OTN & Ethernet from various vendors. SONET DS1 thru OC192 and SDH is a plus.
• In-depth NOC and/or onsite experience in provisioning, troubleshooting, and overall process development.
• Knowledge of TL1, SNMP, CLI, REST, RESTCONF, Netconf/Yang protocols.

• Understanding and experience with leading telecom equipment, optical networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• LINUX/UNIX working knowledge is a plus.
• 4-7+ years minimum work experience in telecom, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, as well as other communication packages – Microsoft Teams, Cisco Web Ex, Zoom, Blue Jeans, Google Meet, and others utilized daily, with video.
• Must be able to provide own PC desktop support.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn, exhibit outstanding teamwork, and have excellent communication skills for cross-departmental management.
• Associate degree or higher in engineering or computer science field.
