• Design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewall solutions.
• Support site‑to‑site and client‑to‑cloud connectivity.
• Configure routing, switching, and network segmentation.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability.
• Support escalations from the Help Desk and NOC teams.

• Implement firewall rules, VPNs, and network security controls.
• Support security audits and remediation efforts.
• Maintain compliance with internal and client security standards.

• Maintain detailed network diagrams and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to network standardization and best practices.

• 3–5+ years of systems engineering or administration experience.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization knowledge.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and time‑management skills.
