Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily management, optimization, and support of Epic Revenue Cycle modules, ensuring systems effectively enable clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
- Leads a team of Epic analysts, providing strategic guidance on enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, testing, and user support while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to align system configuration with business needs, drive workflow optimization, and support organizational initiatives through effective change management.
- Manages application roadmaps, SDLC activities, governance participation, and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure stable, scalable, and high‑performing Epic environments.
- Ensures compliance with required Epic certifications and leverages best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, and project governance to enhance processes and system performance.
