Overview
Oracle Services - Oracle HCM Implementation Consulting - Senior role ’s Oracle Services practice assists in planning, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in HCM applications and technology. The Senior in Technology Business Analysis connects business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
- Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
- Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients
- Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to implement technology solutions
- Demonstrate ability to implement and configure software
- Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally
- Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology executives and with end users and subject matter experts
- Analytical, decision-making capabilities based on policy understanding
- Ability to guide and develop junior team members
- Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions
- 4+ years of overall IT project implementation experience
- Strong knowledge and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
- Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments; US experience required
- Experience in multiple HCM implementations; co-existence model preferred
- Understanding of business requirements and guidance on HCM technology deployments
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%+
- MBA or MS degree (preferred but not required)
- Oracle Cloud HCM
- ADP experience (preferred but not required)
