Performs advanced threat hunting, adversary emulation, and vulnerability research to inform cyber tool development. Provides actionable intelligence and analysis to ensure developed capabilities address real-world adversary tactics.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct adversary emulation exercises to model real-world cyber threats.
- Perform advanced vulnerability research and reverse engineering.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate threat intelligence into new tools.
- Support red team/blue team validation exercises for new capabilities.
- Monitor evolving threat landscapes and translate findings into sprint backlog items.
- Prepare technical analysis reports for Marine Corps operators and leadership.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- 10+ years of cyber operations experience (defensive or offensive).
- Expertise in malware analysis, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research.
- Strong understanding of USCYBERCOM and NSA adversary TTPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as OSCP, GREM, or GCFA preferred.
