• Lead design and development of applications (.NET, React, Node.js, ExtJS, SQL, Azure).
• Modernize legacy systems and define a strategic technology roadmap.
• Drive AI/ML, microservices, and Dev Ops innovation.
• Ensure excellence in code quality, security, and CI/CD practices.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing development team.
• Champion Agile practices, track performance metrics, and ensure system stability.

• Must have a proven track record of delivering new software projects (not just maintaining existing applications) and extensive experience managing outsourced vendor partner/resources.
• 5+ years of leadership & people management experience, building and mentoring high-performing development teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development & delivery experience, leading teams from ideation to production.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer-facing web applications with 200+ daily active users.
• Deep experience with microservices architecture, Dev Ops, AI/ML integration, and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong background in code security, software quality, and production system stability.
• Experience using data-driven metrics to manage and optimize development processes.
