Business Analyst - Capital Markets Settlements Lifecycle

Duration: 6+ months / Hybrid 4 days onsite

• Understands security settlements in Capital Markets (i.e. knowledge of the sec settlements lifecycle)
• Experience with BoNY or alternatively custody of assets/middle-office activities would be an advantage
• Experience in Agile business analysis, stakeholder management, who is comfortable working between Operations/Technology and competent with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, MS Office etc
• Compile PowerPoint decks for senior leadership meetings
• Work closely with developers to understand data structures, data sources and systematic processes during system development
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to assist with best practices and to ensure end-to-end process and tooling consistency
• Proactively and continuously look for systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems to prioritize and fix
• Critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and propose solutions to clients
• Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that contain actionable metrics to monitor the performance of our operations

• 8+ years experience working as a Technical BA
• Understands security settlements in Cap Markets (i.e. knowledge of the sec settlements lifecycle)
• Experience with BoNY or alternatively custody of assets/middle-office activities would be an advantage
• Experience in Agile business analysis, stakeholder management, who is comfortable working between Operations/Technology and competent with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, MS Office etc
• Conduct analysis for ongoing program initiatives and operations process reviews
• Compile PowerPoint decks for senior leadership meetings
• Must have experience working with Agile teams and able to create business and technical user stories in Jira
• Familiarity with working on the command line, able to execute python scripts, navigate to log directories to analyze logs
