Workday Absence and Time Tracking - Senior Consultant

Slalom Workday Consultants partner with clients to maximize the value of their Workday investment. As a Senior Consultant or Principal, you will guide strategic planning, implementation, and optimization for Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology, employee experience, data strategy, and service delivery.
• Act as a trusted client advocate and advisor throughout early strategy, implementation, and post-go-live success.
• Lead Workday implementations and Post-Production optimizations for Absence and Time Tracking.
• Map advanced client requirements into Workday functionality and configure solutions to meet business needs.
• Document requirements and configuration for client delivery and present educational executive content.
• Stay current on Workday product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide continuous development and best‑practice guidance.

• Strong competency in Absence and Time Tracking domains (payroll knowledge is a plus).
• 5+ years of Workday functional implementation and/or optimization experience.
• Workday certifications in Absence and Time Tracking.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
