In this role you will configure, test and document configuration solutions for provider network configuration set‑up and maintenance, setup of code sets used for configuration in provider related processing, and provider related configuration set‑up and maintenance. You will analyze business requirements and objectives to determine the optimal configuration, create complex design documents, assess alternatives and choose the best solution, perform complex data modeling and database design, and multitask while prioritizing projects.

• Participates in government and industry teams in the resolution of complex configuration management issues.
• Assesses how proposed configuration management changes may impact systems sustainment and supportability and makes recommendations on potential process changes.
• Identifies all pertinent sources of and uses for configuration management data; helps develop CM processes.
• Confirms the adequacy of data for use in functional and physical configuration audits.
• Proposes resolution to conflicting engineering change proposal recommendations.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree OR, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Experience: 3 years implementing CM policies, plans, and procedures; experience with issue tracking, software‑oriented tasks, and project management applications.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, business analytics.

• Strong knowledge of configuration processes and principles.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Self‑starter with ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of software development technologies.

Licenses/Certifications: Certified Configuration Management Professional (preferred).

Salary Range: $53,136 - $105,534
