Location:

washington DC with Travel as Required

Are you a Resource Management professional with strong hands-on experience with Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution(PPBE) at HQDA or other major Army command headquarters ?

We’re looking for you to support the Army's mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to the Management Decision Package (MDEP) Manager
• Assist with oversight of resource management functions and policy/financial document review
• Analyze program planning assumptions, fiscal data, and Congressional/DoD/client funding adjustments
• Prepare and deliver Resource Management Program Evaluation Group (RM PEG) briefings
• Perform variance analyses on financial performance, obligations, and execution data
• Identify and evaluate Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and associated operational impacts
• Maintain accuracy across tools like cProbe and develop reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Support operational requirements through travel as needed within the DAMO-SSR portfolio

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in DoD planning and programming
• Familiarity with MDEPs, POM, Army RM systems, and DoD budget cycle
• Competency with Army databases (cProbe) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Skills in variance analysis, UFR identification, fiscal execution, and briefing preparation
• Knowledge of Title 10 vs Title 22 funding authorities and restrictions
• Abilitytosupport resource management functions for the Army (especially DAMO-SSR)
• Willingnesstotravel as required
• Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
