We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Level 3 Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master of their craft, capable of performing intricate, board-level repairs and troubleshooting complex hardware issues that other technicians can't. • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches.
• Conduct microsoldering on logic boards to fix complex issues such as water damage, no-power, and charging problems.
• Repair or replace integrated circuits (ICs), connectors, and other tiny components under a microscope.
• Read and interpret schematics and board views to trace circuits and diagnose faults.
• Manage a high volume of repairs while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each device.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a cell phone repair technician, with a strong emphasis on board-level repair.
• Expertise in microsoldering techniques and proficiency with all necessary tools, including hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and microscopes.
• Deep understanding of electronic theory and circuit analysis.
• Proven ability to read and understand schematics and board layouts.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
