Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level)

We are a growing mechanical contracting construction organization seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support staffing needs across field, skilled trades, and corporate roles. This position is ideal for someone early in their HR or recruiting career who enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

• Support full-cycle recruiting alongside the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
• Post roles, source candidates, and conduct initial phone screens
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate ATS data
• Assist with onboarding tasks, background checks, and hiring documentation
• Participate in career fairs and local recruiting events

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Interest in recruiting for construction and skilled trades roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus
• Ability to work onsite daily in Baltimore, MD
