Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Job Description Summary
This temporary contract position lasts 3 months, with potential extension. The Contract Sourcer will identify, assess, and engage candidates, conduct screening interviews, support the offer process, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
Responsibilities- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Execute on exempt and non‑exempt positions and tell the recruiting story based on data.
- Minimize risk by maintaining proper documentation.
- Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through internal database searches, Linked In, Indeed, other social media and job board searches.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, administer skill assessments where required.
- Coordinate client interview scheduling and provide interview preparation and debriefing.
- Facilitate the offer process, extend offers, negotiate employment terms, and build candidate relationships.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and utilize creative recruiting methods in untapped markets.
- Communicate with candidates regarding consideration, rejection, job duties, compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
- Prepare and extend job offers or authorize appropriate paperwork.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Success sourcing FINRA licensed candidates.
- Recruiting Workday experience.
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools (Workday, Phenom).
- Capacity to handle 20 + requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Direct FINRA recruiting experience.
- Hybrid office or remote environment.
Hourly rate generally ranges between $25.00 – $45.00. Salary starts are determined by qualifications, experience, geography and operational needs.
