Overview
Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction and contracting company. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and operations positions during a time of significant growth.
What Youll Do- Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
- Partner with managers to meet high-volume hiring needs
- Build pipelines of talent while supporting HR programs
- Help shape the TA function and grow with the company
- 305+ years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus)
- Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
- Experience with ATS/HRIS (iCIMS a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exposure to leadership in a collaborative environment

Compensation: $55,000 per year
