Overview
The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a full-time Group Reservation Coordinator to join their team. This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk.
Shift PatternShift Pattern: candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Pay RatePay Rate: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour [final offer based on experience], paid biweekly on Friday.

As a Group Reservation Coordinator, you would be responsible for the efficient operation of in-house reservations through the selling of guest rooms and maximization of revenues. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Answer calls, return e-mails and voicemails; assist guests in booking reservations by providing superior property knowledge
- Audit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy; look for special requests, coding issues and billing requirements
- Review actualized rooms for potential billing errors
- Review group pick up; assist in ensuring proper availability
- Monitor and charge No Shows and Late Cancels daily
- Review and audit third parties and consolidate
- Assist management by booking transient reservations
- Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office
- Assist with Front Desk operations as needed
- Initiate and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in other administrative duties as needed
