Hotel Doorperson

Do you love helping people? We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic doorperson to become our newest team member and help our guests have a great stay with us. You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay.

• Welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel and see them off upon departure
• Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage
• Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
• Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
• Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way

• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• At least 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position
• This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays
• A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required
• Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills

$16.22 - $16.64 hourly
