Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Travel Nurse - RN specializing in Hospice care in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic end-of-life care to patients in various settings, including home, hospice facilities, and hospitals.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with families and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, manage symptoms, and offer emotional support to patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality hospice services.
