About The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) PositionWe are looking for high-quality RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, has outstanding communication skills, and can follow verbal and written instructions.
Eleos ABA provides extensive training on behavior tracking software, ABA concepts, implementation of individualized plans, BCBA mentorship, and ongoing training.
RBT Responsibilities- Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behavior.
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
- Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.
- Education:
High school diploma (Bachelors preferred). - Experience:
1 year working with children under 10 years old. Experience as a therapist/RBT preferred. - If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
- Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
