Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hourly PT, $1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

This is a part-time, hourly position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) living in or near Baltimore City (Pikesville/Towson/Parkville/Catonsville and surrounding areas). The BCBA will be responsible for assessing new clients, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, training and supporting staff, conducting parent education, and using evidence-based ABA strategies to enhance client outcomes. Additional duties may include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data to track progress, and collaborating with families and caregivers to promote meaningful behavioral and developmental improvements.

Rate

Rate: $90/hour with $1000 sign on bonus

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
  • Experience in Caregiver Training, Behavior Management, Skill Acquisition Plans, and Assessments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and evaluate intervention plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA required
  • Experience with children with autism or similar developmental and behavioral diagnoses preferred
