The Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory and cardiopulmonary care to patients across the lifespan, from neonate through geriatric populations. This role is responsible for administering therapeutic respiratory treatments, managing ventilatory support, performing critical respiratory interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

QualificationsEducation
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care (preferred)
Licensure & Certifications
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Current Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
ACLS and PALS required within one year of hire
Experience
Less than one year of experience required
