A growing healthcare organization is expanding its team and is seeking a Director of Sales to support access to critical CNS therapies. This team partners directly with prescribers, clinics, and care teams to ensure patients receive medications that are often difficult to access through traditional channels.

, understands complex CNS medications, and is motivated by improving continuity of care for patients with behavioral health and neurologic conditions.
- Build strong relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, behavioral health clinics, and care teams
- Educate on access pathways, program support, and clinical considerations for specialty CNS therapies
- Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve access issues
- Drive growth within your assigned territory by expanding provider engagement
- Support product onboarding, adherence strategies, and long-acting injectable utilization
- You understand how CNS medications work
, especially in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, movement disorders, or related neurologic/psychiatric conditions - You have experience with long-acting injectables (LAIs) or CNS-focused brands
- You excel at building trust with prescribers and can navigate complex patient-support processes
- You prefer a collaborative, mission-driven culture over high-pressure quota-only selling
- You’re energized by reducing barriers so vulnerable patients can stay on therapy
- Experience with one or more of these therapeutic areas or drug classes is a plus
- Provider-facing specialty sales
