Your RoleYou’ll work with children from preschool through high school across both clinic and home settings, designing meaningful programs that support communication, social skills, play, independence, and overall quality of life. Every caseload is intentionally individualized based on client needs and your strengths as a clinician.
What We Offer Early Learner Program (Ages 6 and Under)- Full‑day model:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3 PM - Emphasis on communication, social/play skills, school readiness, and life skills
- Daily structured schedule including group and individual sessions, snack/lunch, and rest time
- Center‑Based ABA
- Targeting communication, play, social skills, and daily living skills
- Weekly 60‑minute social skills groups available
- Therapy delivered in‑home or in community environments (e.g., daycare)
- Sessions generally 2 hours, with flexibility based on client needs

You’re a BCBA who:
- Values teamwork, communication, and ethical practice

- Has experience with the VB‑MAPP and working with children ages 2–15
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
- Hourly or salary options available
- $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on a minimum of 30 billable hours/week)
- $5,000 sign‑on + retention bonus

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Educate families about behavioral health strategies, progress updates, and treatment goals.
- Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in special education and behavioral health.

- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and patient care.
- Familiarity with data collection methods, medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake procedures, and patient assessments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to medical records and patient confidentiality.
