Summary:

Join our dynamic team of Medical Administrative Assistants (MAAs) in our thriving Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) department. We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast learner to support our busy interventional medicine practice.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (no weekends or holiday requirements).

• Assist with patient interactions, coordinate schedules, and support smooth operations within the practice.
• Collaborate closely with patients and physicians to enhance efficiency and patient care.

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or High School Certificate.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and organizational skills.
