We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for our Ortho/Neuro Unit. You will have direct patient care responsibility for the patient population within the unit; you will act as a facilitator, mentor, and preceptor for staff; you will be responsible for the daily activities and operations and for coordinating the patient's care across the wellness-illness continuum.

- Licensure as an RN in Maryland or other compact state
- Minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience in med/surg or ortho
- Previous clinical management experience
- BSN required
Salary Range: Minimum 61.47/hour - Maximum 95.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
