• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC (or equivalent) certification required, with willingness to obtain licensing in MD, DC, or VA. We've got you covered – licensing and credentialing expenses are on us!
• Previous clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations preferred.
• Proficiency in measurement‑based care and a passion for continuous quality improvement in outpatient settings is a plus.

• Provide compassionate outpatient psychotherapeutic services at Care Mind Health P.C.'s cutting‑edge virtual outpatient clinic.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy, including individual and group sessions, to drive clinical and functional outcomes.
• Utilize comprehensive screenings like M3, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and expertly triage intake referrals.
• Foster patient‑centered, culturally competent care through education, collaboration, and community resource referrals.
