Role Overview

Part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions in‑home or clinic‑based.
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
  • Use electronic tools such as Central Reach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
  • Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
  • Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
  • Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
  • Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 mi from home to service location).
  • RBT certification preferred but not required – we provide paid training and cover exam cost.
  • Prior experience working with children – ASD experience strongly preferred.
  • Commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
  • Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lb).
Work Location & Hours

In‑home services to clients within a radius of approximately 20 mi from your home. Premium pay for sessions after 5 PM, paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision.

Hours:

4:00 PM–8:00 PM block, minimum 4 days per week; roughly 10–25 hours per week.

Compensation

Hourly range: $20–$32, based on skills, experience, certifications, and market conditions. All offers comply with applicable federal and state laws.
