Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (Baltimore, VA)

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Active Virginia license (licensing partner can help if you don’t have one).
• At least 1 year of experience.
• High organizational skills.
• Effective and compassionate communication skills.

• Part-time: 1–3 days per week, at least 10 billable hours per week (preferred).
• Full-time:
  Monday to Friday, 36–48 hours per week, at least 25 billable hours per week.

• Full-time: up to $135,000 per year, with additional earning potential for clinical director roles.
• Part-time: $125 per billable hour.
