Community Support Specialist Associate

Join CRi as a Community Support Specialist Associate to support individuals living with mental health diagnoses in their homes and communities.

Locations: Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, MD

Schedule: Flexible | Part-time (20 hours/week per county) or Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)

Pay: $20.50/hour

Supervised by: Clinical Director and Case Managers

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Case Managers to support their caseloads by delivering direct, person-centered services.
  • Provide face-to-face support to individuals living with mental health diagnoses at home, in the community, or wherever they need help.
  • Implement specific tasks and services outlined in the individualized Service Plans.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation through service notes detailing client progress and interactions.
  • Support our mission of helping individuals live self-directed, meaningful lives with dignity and choice.

  • A relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect authentically with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A dependable and empathetic professional who can work independently in the field.
  • Open to traveling within your assigned county (or two counties if full-time).
  • Committed to making a difference, one person at a time.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs or diagnoses.
  • Ability to meet clients in the community or their homes.
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable completing case documentation.
