Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and/or adolescents. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical care. This role requires an active RBT certification and an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and is strictly an in-person position.

Location & Employment

Location: In-Person (Onsite – schools, homes, and/or community settings)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (as applicable)

Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collect, document, and report accurate session data
  • Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
  • Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism at assigned service locations
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, educators, and team members
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
  • Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Active NPI number (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to provide services in person in homes, schools, or community-based settings
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively under BCBA supervision
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout sessions
  • Ability to actively engage with clients in structured and play-based activities
  • Reliable transportation to assigned service locations
Compensation
  • $20–$35 per hour
    , based on experience, credentials, and caseload assignment
