** Community Living Associate*
* * Full-Time  | Non-Exempt | Community Living Services | Baltimore County, MD
* NCIA is seeking compassionate Community Living Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. This role ensures health, safety, and personal growth through individualized support and community integration.
*** This position is a Weekend Shift only from 7am - 11pm.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Implement Person-Centered Plans, behavior plans, and nursing care plans
* Provide supervision, personal care, and life skills training
* Assist with meal preparation, household upkeep, and community activities
* Document daily progress, incidents, and health data in agency systems
* Transport residents to appointments and activities
* Respond to crises and communicate concerns to medical and supervisory staff
* Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe home environment## Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
* Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with individuals using their preferred method
* Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs
* Ability to solve practical problems and follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions   Certifications & Requirements
* Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Maryland Board of Nursing
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Acceptable driving record per agency and insurance criteria
* Willingness to use personal vehicle occasionally for resident transport
