The main purpose of this full-time position will be to provide advanced level direct social work services and mental health treatment in the school setting to the special population of children and adolescents. This involves consultation with other treatment providers, school personnel, and professionals in the community. The social worker will conduct biopsychosocial assessments with student clients and their families to evaluate the nature and degree of needs, develop a treatment plan and provide ongoing mental health therapy and/or referrals as deemed indicated by the assessment.
