Overview
Supports Life Bridge Health’s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Collaboratively performs Specialty Pharmacy Services. Maintains compliance and quality policies and programs. Interacts with other organization pharmacies on compliance and regulatory issues. Provides oversight of the specialty pharmacy services and specialty staff. Responsible to ensure meeting and maintaining ACHC and URAC requirements. Create efficiencies in specialty workflow and responsible in handling, reviewing for relevant clinical data to ensure the safe dispensation of complex medication therapies associated with the specialized disease states.
Responsible for specialty staff evaluations and ensuring optimal performance. Travel may be required when working to support staffing challenges at either hospital campus or as business conditions warrant.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) required - Licenses and Certification:
