As a Senior Territory Executive, you will drive revenue and EBITDA growth by expanding market share within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with healthcare systems and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), implementing growth strategies, and mentoring peers. You’ll leverage your expertise to deliver impactful solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow share within existing and new accounts.
- Manage sales processes, prioritize high-impact goals, and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and business reviews.
- Apply insight-selling techniques to align solutions with customer needs and challenges.
- Mentor and train peers, sharing best practices to foster a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing.
- 7+ years of healthcare sales experience, including work with healthcare systems and GPOs.
- Proven success in a team-based selling environment; experience selling services preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50%; valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
