Patient Assistant - Float Pool

Position Details

• 24 OR 36 hours per week, Benefitted
• 12-hour rotating or night shift

At The Johns Hopkins Hospital provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as contributing members of the healthcare team. The work of this class involves a wide range of patient care duties. Under close supervision from a technical superior, the employee is expected to solve simple problems by referring to instructions or established work procedures which are readily learned.

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
• No experience required.

• Nursing Assistant Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing required.
• Current CPR certification.

Minimum 19.94/hour - Maximum 19.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
