Responsibilities- As our Customer Service Representative
, help patients check into the hospital and answer questions during registration in a fast-paced environment. Collect information accurately and quickly, and listen with compassion to address fears, concerns, and questions. - Be a confident multi-tasker who can navigate technology, type, and answer phones. No healthcare experience is required; training will be provided. Be prepared to work in a hospital/lab environment and to see illness and injuries.
- Work across multiple screens and programs to intake information between physician and nurse check-ins. Maintain accuracy while patients and clinicians may interrupt the registration process for emergent care.
- Provide support to patients who may be ill or anxious, asking follow-up questions and building rapport in real time.
- Work quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment, recognizing variation in health plans and coverage. This is not a casual desk job.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.50 - $23.21 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
