We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological assessment, counseling, and mental health interventions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid clinical setting. Supervision is available for candidates holding a limited license.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual counseling and evidence-based mental health interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care
• Adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities as required

• Psychology and psychological assessment
• Counseling and mental health interventions
• Clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills
• Written and verbal communication
• Documentation and record-keeping

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in a hybrid or multidisciplinary care setting
• Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-approved program preferred
• Relevant licensure and certification as required by state regulations
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state
• Supervision available for candidates with limited licensure
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
