Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT II) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Under general supervision, you will assess and recommend treatments for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions, using your expertise to administer advanced respiratory therapies. From medical gas therapy, bronchial hygiene, and mechanical ventilation to emergency resuscitation and airway management, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Work ExperienceA minimum of two years of critical care experience is required.
Documented proof/demonstration of all activities required of an RRT II.
Required Licensure & Certifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required
- Maryland State License to Practice Respiratory Care – Required
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Preferred
- NBRC Adult Critical Care Specialty (ACCS) – Preferred
Competence in operating and maintaining departmental ventilators, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), aerosolized medication systems, oxygen and compressed gas systems, nitric oxide administration systems, bronchopulmonary hygiene equipment, and devices used in the care of artificial and natural airways.
Salary RangeMinimum 36.47/hour - Maximum 60.21/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
