Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – Clinton, MD

Skillful Steps ABA delivers in‑home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In collaboration with Behavior Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the team provides top quality services to clients and families. We are seeking dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our professional team and improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with ASD.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record client progress data using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor client progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visual supports.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required upon hiring.
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred.
• Reliability: ability to adhere to a weekly schedule.
