Position
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full‑time position in the Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bridge Park, a skilled nursing facility.
Job OverviewThe Therapy Department is looking for an SLP to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will develop treatment programs, counsel patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. Extensive training, ongoing education, and teamwork are emphasized.
Qualifications- Active state Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Unlimited employee referral bonus up to $1,000 each.
- Optional PRN coverage at multiple locations; potential full‑time opportunities at additional sites.
- Direct hire role; not an agency placement.

While we cannot guarantee hours, we typically offer a full caseload. Facilities are close together, allowing for additional hours at nearby sites.

Salary: $43 – $46 per hour
