Operations Support Specialist I at ATI Physical Therapy

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Hourly Status:
Part‑Time 15 hours per week

We offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will support physical therapy patients as a Physical Therapy Aide, gaining hands‑on training and mentorship.

• Greet patients warmly by phone and in person during check‑in and throughout appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process, assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients, reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and supporting prescribed home exercise programs.

• High School diploma
• Must be 18 years or older
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology
