The Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient position is responsible for the provision of Physical Therapy services for an inpatient and/ or outpatient population including, but not limited to, evaluation, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations and modality application, under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician practitioner.

• Evaluate inpatients and outpatients to develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust evidence-based therapy programs to meet patient goals and medical necessity.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and care teams; participate in team conferences.
• Document treatments, outcomes, and charges accurately.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students per regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland
• Completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited university
• Inpatient adult rehabilitation experience is a plus but willing to train as well
