- Greet and register patients upon arrival
- Serve as the first point of contact for scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
- Perform front‑desk operations including scheduling, answering phones, scanning medical records, triaging patient phone calls, verifying insurance information and benefits, charge entry, and payment posting

Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED
