• Greet and register patients upon arrival
• Serve as the first point of contact for scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
• Perform front‑desk operations including scheduling, answering phones, scanning medical records, triaging patient phone calls, verifying insurance information and benefits, charge entry, and payment posting

  High School Diploma or GED
